An official copy of a Title Register reveals the name and address of the registered owner(s), and contains important information on easements (e.g. rights of way and parking rights), restrictive covenants, maintenance responsibilities, mortgages, charges register, historical rights, transfers, conveyances, tenure (e.g. freehold or leasehold), leases, title number, price paid and more.
Title Plan

An official copy of a Title Plan confirms the position of the legal boundaries and shows the extent/area of ownership. Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and easements (e.g. rights of way and parking rights) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings, T-markings and other symbols. Title Plans are drawn to a scale of 1:1250.
Search Land

Obtain official copies of Title Registers and Title Plans for land and buildings with no postal address. Search urban land, fields, barns, garages, derelict buildings, ruins, woodland, car parks, recreational land, ponds, riverbanks, access roads, common land, road verges etc. Simply identify any land or building by marking it on a digital map and quickly obtain full details of ownership.
