Boundary Searches

An official copy of a Title Plan is the official document which confirms the position of the legal property boundaries and shows the extent/area of property ownership. Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and easements (e.g. rights of way and parking rights) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T-markings. Title Plans are drawn to a scale of 1:1250.
