Index Map Searches (SIM)
The result of an Index Map search reveals whether or not the property searched is registered with the HM Land Registry, the Title Numbers, and the type of registration (i.e. Freehold and/or Leasehold).
The result of an Index Map search is, in most cases, provided within a 72 hours of receipt of an order.
We provide Land Registry Title Registers and Title Plans, and many other title documents, for conveyancing purposes. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with the UK Government or Land Registry. Services and documents which we provide are available from official sources at a lower fee, however, without the many benefits offered by our online portal.
