Boundary Searches
The Title Plan shows the extent of land owned and the boundaries of the property or land. When maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures, such as fences and walls, are referred to within the registered deeds, they are often detailed within the Register and indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T markings. Registered easements, such as drainage easements and rights of way, are also indicated by coloured markings on the Title Plan.
The Title Plan and Title Register are often referred to as the Title Deeds.
