The Title Register reveals full ownership information, including the details of who owns it, when they bought it, the mortgage lender (if any), any rights of way, restrictions and the purchase price (if it has been sold since 1st April 2000). It is extensively used to check the ownership details of a property or land, the terms upon which it is owned, and provides a wealth of additional property related information.
The Title Plan shows the land owned and the boundaries of the property or land, maintenance responsibilities, rights of way and other easements. The Title Plan is designed to be read in conjunction with the Title Register.
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and the document(s) are issued within 10 minutes by email.
Official Copies (OC1) of the Title Register and Title Plan are guaranteed to be accurate at the time of issue and are the only official documents which provide proof of ownership. These two documents are often referred to as the Title Deeds. They are packed with information relating to ownership (including the name and address of the registered owners), boundaries, tenure, mortgages, date of purchase and price paid, easements and covenants.
Please use our Map Search service if the property or land has no address, such as a barn, field or track.
