Owners of Land & Fields

Our Map Search service provides our customers with the facility to obtain a Title Register and/or Title Plan for any land or property with no postal address, such as a barn, garage, derelict building, building plot, vacant land, field, moorland, woodland, access road and allotment.

A Title Register contains an up-to-date record of ownership, and reveals the name and address of the registered owners. It also provides detailed information on easements (e.g. access rights and parking rights), restrictive covenants, mortgages, maintenance responsibilities, transfers, conveyances, tenure (e.g. freehold or leasehold), lease agreements, title number and purchase price.

A Title Plan confirms the position of the boundaries and shows the extent/curtilage of land owned, outlining it in red. Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and registered easements (e.g. drainage rights and access rights) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T-markings. Areas removed from the title are coloured green. The Title Plan is drawn to scale 1:1250.

Complete you order now and you will receive the Title Register and/or Title Plan within 10 minutes by email.
